Design of a stylish modern apartment 67 square. m

The design project of a stylish modern apartment with an area of 67 square meters, designed for a young girl. The apartment managed to combine as many as three interior styles: loft, ecostyle and bright geometry of constructivism.

Layout

Initially, there were no partitions in the room, so the layout of the apartment was made taking into account the wishes of the customer. Living room combined in one room with a kitchen and dining room. There are a bedroom, a bathroom, a guest bathroom, a dressing room and a separate storage room.

Between the living room and bedroom areas is a movable glass partition, along which a thick curtain with a black and white image of a tree moves.

When the partition is moved apart and the curtain is moved away, the whole space of the apartment is united. At night, the bedroom is easy to isolate from other rooms. The entrance to it is carried out either from the hallway through the door, or through the expanded partition.

Style

To give a stylish and modern apartment individuality and brightness helped her mistress's addiction to Kandinsky's artistic canvases. Having added a bit of geometrical constructivism and soft details of the eco-style to the interior, the designers received a bright, rich interior rich in interesting technical details.

The basis is loft style. It can be seen in the brick walls, thick plaster and tile "under the concrete" on the floor in the entrance area and the bathroom. Glass doors also highlight the style, and the special charm attached to this brickwork that has existed in the house since its construction.

Adds to the interior of the warmth and comfort ecostyle. Here it is a pebbled floor near a window in the living room area, a parquet tree, tree branches on the wallpaper over the headboard and on the curtain separating the living area from the bedroom.

Constructivism introduced the bright colors of geometric patterns in the entrance area and on the tile in the decoration of the walls of the guest bathroom. These elements gave the interior dynamism and freshness.

Colour

Color, as well as texture, in the design of the apartment a lot of attention is paid. Against the background of a strictly combination of white, gray and black, juicy accents stand out a bright pair of green-yellow. They are present in each room, thereby giving the interior integrity.
